J.F. Allen Company completes the widening of West Virginia Route 2 in Moundsville along the Ohio River. The project scope includes engineering design and the widening of approximately 1 mile of WV Route 2 from two to four lanes. J.F. Allen Company is the first West Virginia contractor selected for a design-build project administered by the West Virginia Department of Highways.
